Protein pancakes are a thing, so why not protein French Toast? Just add a scoop of Way Up collagen to the egg batter. Drizzle with a little maple syrup – it couldn’t be any easier!
Sourdough French Toast
- 4 free range eggs
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 6 thinly sliced sourdough
- 1-2 tbsp Way Up collagen
- Whisk together eggs, milk & maple syrup. Pour mixture over sliced sourdough, cover & pop in fridge overnight.
- In the morning heat a bit of butter in a pan. Cook each piece over medium heat until golden brown.
- Serve with fresh fruit & maple syrup.
