Sourdough French Toast

Protein pancakes are a thing, so why not protein French Toast? Just add a scoop of Way Up collagen to the egg batter. Drizzle with a little maple syrup – it couldn’t be any easier!

Protein Sourdough French Toast

Sourdough French Toast

  • 4 free range eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 6 thinly sliced sourdough
  • 1-2 tbsp Way Up collagen


  • Whisk together eggs, milk & maple syrup. Pour mixture over sliced sourdough, cover & pop in fridge overnight.
  • In the morning heat a bit of butter in a pan. Cook each piece over medium heat until golden brown.
  • Serve with fresh fruit & maple syrup.
