Hamburger Soup Recipe
- 450 grams grass-fed ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2-3 garlic, minced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 4 cups bone broth
- 4 medium carrots, peeled & sliced
- 5 potatoes, cut into chunks
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- Salt & pepper, to taste
parsley & oregano, fresh or dried
- In a large pot cook beef, onions & garlic trough.
- Add remaining ingredients, bring to a simmer until potatoes & carrots are tender.
- Serve over sourdough pasta or rice pasta & top with grated parmigiano reggiano.
