Hamburger Soup

Hamburger Soup Recipe

  • 450 grams grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2-3 garlic, minced
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups bone broth
  • 4 medium carrots, peeled & sliced
  • 5 potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
    parsley & oregano, fresh or dried

Method

  • In a large pot cook beef, onions & garlic trough.
  • Add remaining ingredients, bring to a simmer until potatoes & carrots are tender.
  • Serve over sourdough pasta or rice pasta & top with grated parmigiano reggiano.
