    I’ve been “Peating” for several years. Temps are great. I’d very much love to get my pre-Peat body back plus more muscle tone and add more foods (bloating, fear of more gains and more bloating, etc.). I have Hashi’s, so there’s that too. Have some stress issues to navigate, so want to focus on consistent self care as well. Looking forward to this journey!
